three pathways (depending on where you’re at):
a place to rest, refresh, and renew.
sauna and/or massage for moments when you don’t want to fix, process, or think too much — just to pause, reset, and feel more ‘in your body’.
for nervous system settling, improved sleep, and a felt sense of safety in the body.
1:1 sessions for more focused, bespoke, and nervous-system-friendly work to support the innate healing capacity of your system. allowing body and mind to regulate and integrate, and gently unwinding deeper patterns of holding.
or perhaps simply a more spacious place to be held in safe, attentive touch.
experience the magic of gathering together.
group workshops and events to find belonging through contact improvisation, song fires, sharing circles, soul sauna ceremony, seasonal ritual, and story. small groups, growing connection and community.
you don’t need to know which pathway is “right”
you’re welcome to begin wherever you feel resonance

I am an explorer of body-mind-earth connection. after my degree in history, I wanted to respond more directly to a human world which seemed to be increasingly fragmented and out of touch with more-than-human reality. I wanted to find ways of living that felt more embodied, more connected, and more alive.
it seems to me – then and now – that our increasingly globalised and digitised culture of modernity has forgotten the body, forgotten our intimate connection with the living world, and forgotten that we need each other.
so I trained in massage and bodywork (with 4elements company, mfr uk, and others), permaculture (with applewood permaculture & karuna), and nature-based rites of passage (with wildwise, wild rites & transalquimia).
in 2016 I co-founded beech hill: a 27-acre embodiment & natural farming community endeavour in cheshire where we try to live in attentive, harmonious, and ceremonial relationship with ourselves, others, the land, and mystery. my practices and passions include contact improvisation, the way of council, and wild swimming.
