Togethering: Beech Hill Gathering
A Contact Improvisation weekend
Cheshire · 30 July to 3 August 2026
We’re opening applications for a residential Contact Improvisation weekend in Cheshire this summer.
A small gathering to dance, share practice, and spend time together over several days.
This isn’t just a class or a jam.
It’s time inside the practice.
What to expect
A long weekend of Contact Improvisation with:
• Daily classes
• Open and focused jams
• Shared meals and time together
• Space to rest, walk, and be outdoors
• Evening jams and sauna
Simple structure. Enough guidance to support the space. Enough openness for things to emerge.
The place
We’ll be gathering at Beech Hill, a shared farmhouse site in Cheshire.
Studio space for dancing, land to roam, fire, simple living.
A space that’s lived in, not staged.
