who you are and what you’re coming for is important. so in my sessions, we spend time exploring what sort of approach feels right for you, because this helps you to begin to let the touch in, and perhaps to gently let go of whatever you no longer need to be holding. this is where deeper healing happens

  • client-led, holistic, and systemic full body massage in four possible styles (or a combination):

    • earth – feeling a sense of weight and compression sinking into your tissues, and expansion as the weight comes out

    • water – flowing, soothing, enveloping strokes in a slow, nurturing flow

    • firestretching, mulching, and mobilising the structure of your body

    • airan experience of subtlety, space, and tingling presence

    with guidance, you choose the style and depth of massage, and remain empowered to make adjustments or change your mind at any time. if something is not working for you, you can change it. otherwise you can simply let yourself deeply receive.

    with or without oil. usually unclothed (draped), but can be clothed or partially clothed according to what style of massage you ask for and what feels good for you.

    £75 for 60-75 min, or £95 for 90 min.

    like most natural therapies, massage has a cumulative effect. this means that when you have regular sessions, one or two weeks apart, you will notice more benefits each time. your body remembers how good it felt after the previous session, and automatically starts to release tension the moment you get on the table. this means that your third session is many times more effective than your first.

  • a practitioner-led treatment using sustained and often subtle pressure (without oil), to listen to and encourage the bodymind's innate capacity to self-regulate, reintegrate, and release. on deeper levels, your bodymind already knows what it needs. and less is more.

    each session is bespoke, integrating craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and trauma discharge massage to find what works for you and your system. including gentle non-verbal and sometimes verbal inquiry to invite somatic (bodymind) awareness alongside physical and emotional release.

a comprehensive deep reset over 12 weeks.

trauma-informed, soothing, and listening touch tailored to you and your nervous system – together we discover your unique ‘touch profile’, and how to support your system in coming home to a ventral vagal state of relaxation, presence and connection. over time this process helps to re-tune your nervous system towards that down-regulated state.

includes in-depth consultation, holistic full body massages, craniosacral therapy, somatic and embodiment coaching, symptom tracking, guided introduction to mindfulness, sleep hygiene support, and weekly strategies for self-regulating and centring between sessions.

desires, limits, & boundaries coaching

this isn’t about touch per se, but about choosing, communication, and clarity.

consent is a key relational skill, and applies to many aspects of our lives beyond touching and being touched. many of us feel uncomfortable or unpracticed in noticing and asking for what we actually want; how to properly honour our own limits and those of others; and how to expand our capacity for choice.

learning and practicing these skills is an essential way of regulating and respecting your system, whether in personal relationships, professional settings, or places of healing.

everything is invitational. nothing has to happen. the noticing and choosing – not the doing – are the practice.

clothed one-to-one or group coaching sessions using practices and exercises underpinned by Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent.
